Our Team
Assisting the community of Lancaster in obtaining and maintaining mental wellness is at the core of Three Points Wellness.
Each counselor brings their individual training, experience, and personality to the partnership of counseling.
Wendy Gaunt
Founder, LPC
Since 2015, I have worked with clients in diverse counseling settings and with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, sexuality and gender issues, relationship and family challenges, grief, and trauma. My experience has taught me the strength of each individual, the
interconnectedness we are all a part of, and the need for a wide range of mental health services focused on the connection between mind, body, and spirit.
I implement effective psychotherapy methods to foster self-awareness and acceptance among clients and encourage them to adopt new attitudes and feelings towards life situations. From managing life's daily anxieties, to processing traumatic experiences - my services are
personalized to suit your unique, individual needs. Our shared focus will always be you living life as the best version of yourself!

Susan Robey
LSW
Throughout my career as a Licensed Social Worker, I've worked with clients experiencing a wide range of challenges including sexual and physical abuse, family conflict, relationship struggles, intimacy challenges, and life transitions. I am certified in Trauma Focused
Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT) and trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
While I have several years of training in these modalities, I hold a strong belief that treatment should be individualized for each client. I use a person-centered, strength based approach to best meet you where you are. Whether you are seeking to process through your childhood trauma or struggling to adapt to recent life transitions, you shouldn't have to explore those things alone. Within my office, I strive to create a safe space for all my clients to show up as their authentic selves allowing for us to partner together through your healing journey.

I see the potential and strengths in all clients walking into my office and use a client-centered and engaging approach. When you meet me, you’ll notice my ability to create a safe space to help you develop insight from patterns in your life to make changes you want to see. I embrace
a systemic focus on therapy in order to understand all the factors in your life that may be
impacting how you are currently feeling – including your personal and family history, cultural background, and relational history.
My goal is to help you identify a path forward to live a joyful and fulfilling life. I specialize in helping people address identity issues, anxiety, depression, and
PTSD and trauma including cultural or religious. I hold a specialized training in EMDR trauma therapy from an EMDRIA approved agency – Institute for Creative Mindfulness and am honored
to get to help clients heal from their traumatic experiences by offering this evidence-based
approach to moving past trauma.
